This market will resolve according to the total number of viewers Nielsen reports the 2025-2026 edition of Dick Clark’s New Year's Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest as having.

If this event is cancelled or otherwise does not occur by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.

If the reported number of viewers falls exactly between two brackets, this market will resolve to the higher range bracket.

The resolution source will be information from Nielsen, specifically their Persons 2+ statistic. A consensus of credible reporting on Nielsen's Persons 2+ statistic for the 2025-2026 edition of Dick Clark’s New Year's Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest may also be used. If Dick Clark’s New Year's Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest takes place, and Nielsen does not provide viewership information for the show within 10 days, another credible source may be chosen.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed person appears live on ABC’s broadcast of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

“Appears live” refers to a live, in-person or remote, visual appearance on-screen during the broadcast. Pictures or videos being shown of the listed person, playing of the listed person’s pre-recorded music, audio-only appearances, or other forms of non-live appearances will not count. 

A live appearance on any part of the broadcast (excluding commercials) will count. This market is not limited to the Times’ Square or Eastern Time Zone portion of the show.

The resolution source for this market will be broadcast footage of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest.

Will Eminem be on New Year's Rockin' Eve?

Ryan Seacrest is scheduled to host ABC's Dick Clarke's New Years Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest on December 31, 2025 at 9PM ET (https://www.newyearsrockineve.com/).

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Ryan Seacrest says the listed term during his appearance at the specified event. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No".

Pluralization/possessive of the listed term will count toward the resolution of this market.

If the event contains a Q&A, it will count toward the resolution of this market.

If this event is definitively cancelled by Ryan Seacrest or ABC, or otherwise is not aired by January 1, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source will be video of the events. Only remarks which are broadcast or streamed live will count toward this market's resolution.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed person is no longer host of their respective show for any length of time between September 18, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

An announcement of this person's resignation or removal before this market's end date will immediately resolve this market to "Yes", regardless of when the announced resignation or removal goes into effect.

If the owning network or its parent company announces the show that the listed person hosts is cancelled within timeframe, this market will immediately resolve to "Yes".
