The St. Louis Fed bases its numbers for egg prices on the BLS's CPI release. The November release is presently scheduled for December 18, 2025. Resolution of this market will take place upon the update of the St. Louis Fed's chart. If no data for the specified month is released by the date the next month's data is scheduled to be released, this market will resolve based on data from the last available month.

The resolution source for this market measures prices to the third decimal place. Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.

Price of dozen eggs in December?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if all of the following are true:
- The official closing price for NVIDIA (NVDA) on the final trading day of November 2025 is at least $170. 
- The official closing price for Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL) on the final trading day of November 2025 is at least $290. 
- The official closing price for Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) on the final trading day of November 2025 is at least $450. 
Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If the final trading day of the month is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing prices published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution.

If no official closing prices are published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade prices of the regular session as the effective closing price.

The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance — specifically, the "Close" prices for the respective companies available at https://finance.yahoo.com/, published under "Historical Prices."

In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance.

As of market creation, FedEx is estimated to release earnings on December 18, 2025. The Street consensus estimate for FedEx’s non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $4.03 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if FedEx reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $4.03 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If FedEx releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha. Information from the "Performance" table, specifically the 1 week trailing percentage return figure found under "1W", will be used to resolve this market, once information is finalized for the final day of the specified trading period.

Information from the "Historical Prices" table will be used to resolve this market, specifically the 1-week trailing percentage return calculated as the percentage change between the closing price for the final trading day of the specified week and the closing price for the corresponding day of the previous week (e.g. if the final trading day of the specified week is a Thursday, the closing price of the previous Thursday will be used to calculate the trailing 1 week percentage return). 

The performance of each index will be determined by the 1-week trailing percentage return of each index for the final trading day of the specified week. The index with the best percentage return will be deemed the winner.

Note that all figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding.

If all indices perform exactly the same over that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. 

If the specified indices do not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve to “Other”.

If either of the relevant trading days are shortened (for example, due to a market holiday schedule), the official closing price published by each relevant index for that shortened session will still be used for resolution.

If any of the relevant days lack a specified price (for example, due to a trading halt into the market close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), this market will use the last valid historical price offered by the specified resolution sources as the effective closing price for that day.

Updates to historical prices displayed by any of the indices subsequent to this market's resolution will not be considered. This market will resolve according to the methodologies utilized by the specified indices as of the resolution time of this market, regardless of whether those methodologies are later updated.

Will the Bill Ackman Index have the best performance for the week of November 24?

As of market creation, United Natural Foods is estimated to release earnings on December 2, 2025. The Street consensus estimate for United Natural Foods’s non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $0.40 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if United Natural Foods reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $0.40 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If United Natural Foods releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha.
