This market will resolve to "Yes" if any named tropical system makes landfall within 50 miles of Miami, Florida (25.7617° N, 80.1918° W) as a Category 3 or higher hurricane, between June 9 and November 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, based on data from official NHC operational advisories (https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/archive/2025/). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

To qualify, the storm must be classified as a Category 3 or higher hurricane at the time of landfall. Reports of Category 3 or higher intensity at other locations or times do not qualify. Only the intensity at the landfall point within the specified radius will qualify.

If a hurricane makes multiple qualifying landfalls, each will be evaluated independently for resolution.

The 2025 New York City mayoral election is scheduled to be held on November 4, 2025, to elect the mayor of New York City.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if all of the following conditions are met:

- Mamdani wins Queens in NYC Mayoral Election
- Hakeem Jeffries endorses Mamdani
- Zohran Mamdani Margin of Victory at least 10%
- Mamdani gets over 50% of the vote in the general mayoral election

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

This market will resolve according to the candidate who wins the nomination for the Democratic Party to contest the ME-02 congressional district seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2026 midterm elections. The Democratic primary will take place on June 9, 2026.

If no nominee is announced by November 3, 2026, 11:59PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".

The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of official Democrat sources, including https://democrats.org/.

Any replacement of the nominee before election day will not change the resolution of the market.

This market will resolve according to the candidate who wins the 2025 Bucharest mayoral by-election to become the next elected Mayor of Bucharest. 

Temporary, interim, or placeholder mayors appointed before the by-election will not be considered. 

If no by-election takes place by July 31, 2026, this market will resolve to “Other.”

This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the Romanian Government, specifically the Permanent Electoral Authority (https://www.roaep.ro/prezentare/).

If no by-election takes place by July 31, 2026, this market will resolve to “Other.”

This market will resolve based on the result of the election, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the Romanian Government, specifically the Permanent Electoral Authority (https://www.roaep.ro/prezentare/).
